At Scrubs Warehouse , we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our valued customers. Therefore, we offer a clear return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. Here are the details of our return and exchange policy:

1. Return and exchange period

  • We only accept returns in specific cases, such as product defects or non-conformity to description.
  • If you wish to change the size , please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The customer can exchange the product within a period of not less than 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the conditions mentioned below are met.

2. Replacement Terms

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • The invoice or purchase receipt must be presented as proof of purchase from the store.
  • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse will not be replaced.

3. Reasons for replacement

  • The product does not match the description stated on the website.
  • There are defects in the product (such as manufacturing or packaging defects).
  • Wrong size or color selection (if an alternative is available).

4. Replacement procedures

  1. The customer must contact customer service via WhatsApp or email to report his desire to exchange.
  2. After the order is approved, the customer can return the product to the store or send it via the agreed means of transportation.
  3. The product will be replaced with another of the same type or value of the original product (if the alternative is not available).

5. Fees

  • Replacement fee: 30 riyals .
  • Return fee: 20 riyals (in limited cases such as product defects).

6. Clearance Products Policy

  • Clearance Products : Products purchased during clearance periods or special offers are non-returnable, but may be exchanged if defective or not as described.
  • Exchange period : Clearance products can be exchanged within a period of no less than 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The invoice or purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Fees : A replacement fee of 30 riyals applies to clearance products.

7. Additional Notes

  • Non-exchangeable products : Some products such as underwear or personal products cannot be exchanged for health reasons.
  • Policy Changes : The return and exchange policy may be subject to updates, so customers are advised to review the policy before purchasing.
