How to take measurements
Unit of measurement (cm)
- Chest :
- Use the meter under the chest from under the shoulders.
- Make sure the tape measure is straight.
As shown in the picture:
- Waist :
- Measure straight from right to left waist.
- Make sure the measuring tape is snug, not tight.
As shown in the picture:
- height
- Place the end of the tape measure at your waist and extend the tape along your leg to your ankle.
- Reading the measurement : Read the number in centimeters at the ankle.
- Make sure the tape measure is level and parallel to the ground.
